Event Programmes Matter!

Designed to Capture the Moment

We’ve designed programmes for hundreds of sporting events over the years, from grassroots tournaments to national and international finals.

As the official designer of England Hockey’s national event programmes, we’re proud to create publications that not only provide essential event information but also celebrate the players, teams, and moments that make each occasion special.

We fully manage their digital online programme service, but because we believe so passionately about printed paraphernalia, we also offer a popular Print on Demand service, so supporters, players, and families can order high-quality programmes to keep as a lasting memento — no matter where they are in the country.

Celebrating Historic Moments

Although not directly programme-related, one of our proudest moments was being asked by Great Britain Hockey to design and produce the invitations for hockey’s ‘Golden Ball’ — the prestigious celebration held at the Tower of London after the women’s incredible gold medal win at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.

This project was a perfect example of how an invitation can set the tone for an unforgettable event. More than just a piece of paper, it became a keepsake in its own right — marking a historic moment for the sport and a night of celebration that will be remembered for years to come.

And If, You Know, Your History...

(any self-respecting Spurs fan will be able to sing the line that comes next!)

But terrace songs aside, over the years, our portfolio has included a wide range of sports. We designed matchday programmes for Banbury FC when they were in the National League North (including their FA Cup Round 1 'Proper' fixture against Barrow!) and many other local clubs, bringing a professional finish that fans love to collect and keep.

Whether it’s a national championship, a cup final, or a community festival, we know how to create a programme that both informs and inspires.

Why Event Programmes Matter

In an era where event details can be found online in seconds, printed programmes still hold a special place.

They’re part of the experience - something attendees browse before the action begins, share with friends, and treasure as a record of the day long after the final whistle, bow, or curtain call.

While printed programmes remain a much-loved tradition, we understand that not every organisation has the budget or resources to produce one for every event. That’s why we offer flexible solutions, from digital programmes to Print on Demand, so your event can be celebrated and remembered, whatever the scale.

At the very least, a digital programme ensures your event is recorded and shared - capturing the energy, stories, and highlights in a format that’s easy to distribute and enjoy online.

For those who still want a tangible memento, we can manage the entire print process for you. Working with trusted printers, we produce high-quality programmes that reflect the character and spirit of your event - without the pressure of large print runs.

Behind the Spotlight

We’re so passionate about event programmes that we’ve created a hands-on course called "Behind the Spotlight" to help students bring their own productions to life. Our love for programmes goes far beyond design and print - we see them as lasting records of moments that matter and an essential part of the story every event tells.

In December 2025, we delivered our programme-design course to Media students at The Radcliffe School for their production of Oliver.

The response was fantastic; one student said, “Thank you so much for all the things you have taught us. I really appreciate being able to do something like this.”

This hands-on course gives students the skills to design and produce a professional programme for their own school production, helping them build confidence, creativity, and a sense of ownership over their show’s creative legacy. The course can be delivered in person or accessed online at your own pace.

In 150 Years, What Will Remain to Remember Your Event?

On December 6, 1873, a football match between Yale College and Eton College was documented in the world's oldest known football programme. This piece of history, now over 150 years old, serves as a testament to the enduring value of printed materials in preserving memories. In an era where digital content is fleeting, printed programmes and invitations offer a tangible connection to significant moments.

As we look ahead, consider this: in 150 years, what will people have to remember your event? Will it be a digital file lost to time, or a printed keepsake that future generations can hold and cherish?

Work With Us

We don’t just design event programmes — we can manage the whole process for you. From creating a professional, engaging design that captures the spirit of your event, to setting up a digital version on platforms like ISSUU, we make it easy for fans to access your programme online.

If you still want to offer printed copies, we can also manage a Print on Demand service, meaning supporters can order high-quality programmes without the need for large print runs or storage. It’s a flexible, cost-effective way to give your audience the keepsakes they love, while ensuring your event looks its absolute best.
